McDougall Farm Community Garden is a project initiated in 2012 by the City of South Perth for the benefit of residents. Today, the project is carried forward by local residents of all ages and abilities.

Our intent is to create a supportive gardening environment and community hub for all residents of the City. We aim to promote a sense of community, where effort, knowledge, skill and responsibility are shared. Where creativity, quality and the environment are nurtured. Our members respect the heritage of the site, other users of the Neil McDougall Park, people of all ages and ethnicity.

McDougall Farm Community Garden has regular activities days throughout the week where volunteers are directly involved in looking after the garden. We are committed to organic methods, with procedure being free from the use of pesticides, herbicides or fungicides. We are also passionate about supporting local organisations that give back to our community. Volunteers benefit from the knowledge their efforts are assisting people in need.

You will find us in Neil Mc Dougall Park, Clydesdale St, Como W.A.
