Barrack Heights community garden is a little wonderland of lovely edible garden beds, an indigenous garden project, and great company. It’s a place where all people are welcome to take part, not only with gardening activities but art projects as well.

The purpose of Barrack Heights Community Garden is to promote a sense of community, where trust, effort, knowledge, skills & responsibilities are shared so that an independent & sustainable lifestyle can be developed and maintained.

There are lots of things to do and lots of ways to get involved. If you have skills or would like to help outside the garden (eg: computer skills, marketing, networking, donations, etc, or if you belong to a group and would like to arrange regular activities at the garden, we would love to hear from you!

Come along to one of our Working Bees or just pop in and have a look around.

Working Bees are every week on Thursdays 1pm till 5pm.

Established 2009.
